This involved the oven process of soldering parts to PWBs. Later became "lead" in that area. Promotion came, and assumed the position of Quality Tech for an entire production line during 3rd shift. There, duties ranged from inspection to investigations, scrap analysis, filing reports and digests, giving weekly meetings to management and technical staff, and a wide field of other functions.

Job Duties:	(*For "JOB DUTIES," please refer to the first PAYLESS entry in this listing.) The years shown above represent the time worked with the KOBACKER COMPANY (in their family of stores) as a manager. I've used Phila. PA as a central location, but through those years,  I held the position of manager under KOBACKER in many different locations (Albany, NY, Phila., PA, Camden, NJ, Cinnaminson, NJ). In 1993, the company was then acquisitioned by VOLUME SHOES (Payless). All assets and store locations of KOBACKER were turned over to PAYLESS. This "buy-out" also included the management team. I managed a store in NJ before accepting a management position and transfer to Rochester, MN. in 1995.
